Integrative Therapies is a consortium of health care professionals that functions as a bridge between traditional medical practice and the complementary healing arts.  We believe that each individual is their own greatest healing agent and that our role as therapists is to facilitate the healer within.

At Integrative Therapies we invite you to become an active participant in the exploration of the wellness process.  We offer guidance, support and professional care and at the same time seek to honor each person’s wisdom about their health care objectives and path to wellness.

Our center offers a multidisciplinary approach to health and healing.  Many individuals follow a plan of care integrating physical therapy, manual therapy, massage and biofeedback training.  We also provide traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, counseling and support in the process of lifestyle change.  Nutritional counseling and guidance in diet and supplementation is also available.  Integrative Therapies is one of the only clinics in the Triad region that offers genomic nutritional counseling which harnesses the power of genetics to promote optimal health on an individual-by-individual basis.

For those who like to join with others on their wellness quest, Integrative Therapies offers group activities and classes such as Yoga for Health, Breathing and Relaxation and the Fibromyalgia Skill and Support Group. Please see our calendar for dates, times and descriptions.

Many of our patients are referred by their physician for help with such problems as chronic headaches, back pain, TMJD (temporomandibular joint dysfunction), physical injuries and past personal traumas.  Integrative Therapies also offers services for those dealing with myofascial pain syndrome, MS, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.  We work closely with your referring physician to assure continuity of care and appropriate treatment management.
