Our team is ready to serve you.

Integrative Therapies is a group of healthcare professionals that functions as a bridge between conventional medical practice and the complementary healing arts. We believe that each individual is their own greatest healing agent and that our role as therapists is to facilitate the healer within.

Integrative Therapies has had the privilege of serving the community for over 25 years. We invite you to partner with us in the exploration of the wellness process. Our team offers guidance, support and professional care and at the same time seeks to honor each person's wisdom about their healthcare objectives and path to wellness.

Our bodies have an almost miraculous capacity for self-healing, but sometimes we all need a little help on our road to recovery. For those seeking to reduce pain, improve movement or cultivate a greater sense of well-being, Integrative Therapies offers quality holistic services with a broad range of treatment options. Our multidisciplinary team provides patient care in a friendly and comfortable environment where treatment programs are tailor-made to meet the needs of each individual.

One of the hallmarks of treatment at Integrative Therapies is the provision of personal one-on-one care by a skilled professional. During most treatment visits, you will receive the undivided attention of your practitioner for a minimum of 50 minutes. This level of care and attention is rare to find today but to us, it is key to successful healing.

Many people who come to Integrative Therapies follow a plan of care combining two or more services, such as physical therapy, clinical massage and biofeedback. Conventional physical therapy services such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound and rehabilitative exercise are offered. However, patients also have access to various forms of manual therapy (for example, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and lymphatic massage). Additionally, progressive forms of movement therapy are available in the Physical Therapy Department, such as the Trager Approach® and Feldenkrais Method®.

Advances in technology now provide us with new windows in which to see the internal processes of the body. A fascinating computer technique called biofeedback allows both you and your therapist to measure and observe a large range of biological functions right while they are happening!

Clinicians at Integrative Therapies utilize biofeedback to monitor body processes such as blood flow, heart rhythms, muscle tension and EEG brainwave patterns. This technology allows a person to become aware of and change functions that are usually thought to be outside of voluntary control. In so doing, biofeedback becomes helpful in treating a wide variety of health and wellness concerns.

While clinicians at Integrative Therapies utilize advanced technology, they also appreciate the value of ancient healing traditions and the importance of self-awareness and self-empowerment. The center offers Eastern healing arts such as acupuncture and therapeutic yoga. Individual and family counseling, along with stress management coaching, provide another option for cultivating health and well-being.
